They’re Still Fucking Shit

Hey, I stopped the constantly-updating thing because it was fucking exhausting, and Virgin’s social media team are actually so clueless they didn’t notice anything. Yeah, thy have a social media team. The entire reason they exist is to try and stop sites like this, presumably. But my fucking Virgin is still knackered, the fucking shit bastards. It’s looking like it’ll be mid-March now, approximately ten weeks after reporting a problem. I live in fucking London.
